Having a house and lot is every peoples dream, and in my situation I do not know when to own this dream. My job before is irregular or temporary only, and I am not capable to buy a house and lot even in a loan basis. Because of my dedication to work and the company I am working for was impressed in my performance they hire me as a permanent employee.
After few months of working as a regular worker, I am planning now to avail a housing loan. One day, my friend tells me if I am interested to have a house and lot in FHA Home Loans. When I say yes, he tells me all the details and necessary documents needed to process the FHA Loans. This will be my financer for the housing loan and I will pay them through my salary in low interest rate and smaller monthly payment. I ask my parent regarding this and they are very happy on what I did. They will support me to have my own house and lot. They are willing to share some of their savings to pay the down payment of this FHA Loan. My sister is also interested to this housing loan and she asks me to tell all the details and information on how to avail this loan. After telling her and explaining about this housing loan, she will also get a house and lot in FHA. She will tell this also to her officemate who wants to own a house and lot in a low monthly payment and interest rate.
Now I am starting to build my dream, a dream that I want for a long time is now happening. Although it is just the beginning, but I am sure that in the end I will have my own house and lot.
